• Am considered an Expert Witness in Market Data as well as a Consultant for various Attorneys and Developers in Prescott and Phoenix regarding the Real Estate market in Prescott and areas surrounding Prescott, Arizona.  
• Presently, an active member of the Real Estate community and have been in the business exclusively in the Prescott Area since 1979.
